On the afternoon of December 5th, the 8th meeting of the 4th Council of the Shanghai Rehabilitation Equipment Association was held at the Jianguo Hotel. 37 director units and 3 supervisory units attended and attended the meeting. Sun Xiaohong, Director of the Disabled Welfare Department of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, was invited to attend the meeting and give a speech.

The meeting was chaired by the President of the Association, Xu Zuyi. The meeting listened to the Secretary General Yang Yan's 2023 annual report on his work, and the board members present conducted a performance evaluation of the Secretary General's 2023 work. The meeting also heard and deliberated on the reports of Faroshi (Shanghai) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xinnuo Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. resigning as council members of the association, as well as the 2023 work report and 2024 work plan of the Leasing Service Special Committee. The meeting also discussed and confirmed the work plan for the association's term change next year. The above matters were unanimously passed by a show of hands vote.

The rehabilitation assistive equipment industry is closely related to people's livelihood services and rehabilitation services. We should focus on technological innovation, explore the integration of the Yangtze River Delta to promote the linkage development of the rehabilitation assistive equipment industry, fully leverage the role of rehabilitation assistive equipment in elderly care services, improve the quality of rehabilitation assistive equipment rental services, and accelerate the socialization process of training rehabilitation assistive technology consultants. At the same time, we hope that all directors will fulfill their responsibilities, pay more attention to the association, participate in association activities, and work together to do a good job in the association's election next year.
